To Remove Read-Only Attributes of USB Drive or any Drive, you need to cmd.exe with administrator privilege.

   C:\Windows\System32>diskpart    (Enter)

     On computer: ARJUN-PC                                                                                

   DISKPART>list disk   (Enter)
     Disk ###           Status                Size               Free                Dyn         Gpt       
     Disk 0                Online              465GB          10MB                                         
     Disk 1                Online              3828MB        0B                                              

   DISKPART> select disk 1  (Enter)   
    Disk 1 is now the select disk.                                                                              

   DISKPART>attributes disk clear readonly
    Disk attributes cleared successfully.                                                                    

   DISKPART> exit
