For BSNL GPON ONT Router required two type of setting one PC setting another ONT setting.
PC Setting for Windows 7:
Step1. Open Control Panel then click on Programs like below.
Step 2: After open Programs Tab, go to Click on Turn Windows features on or off on Programs and Features Tab like below.
Step 3: Now Tick on Internet Information Services then OK Button like below:
Step 4: Again go to Control Panel -> click on View by -> Select Large icons -> click on Administrative Tools -> click on Services the it will open Services pages and search World Wide Web Publishing Services and Start World Wide Web Publishing like below.
ONT Setting for Windows 7:
Step1: Open any Browser and type 192.168.1.251 then Enter.
Step2: It will open a window ask for a User name and password.for authenticate. Now type User name as root and Password as admin then click on Login.
Step 3: After Entering ONT console go to Advanced -> Port Forwarding like below.
Now set Start port and End port Number, protocol as TCP and set IP Address as your Device
IP as PC, DVR Camera etc and tick on check box Enable and Apply
Step4: Again go to Advanced -> Firewall and Enable DMZ.
Now Enjoy Port Forwarding

what is the DMZ Host value required?
Host value id your Device IP .
I your router IP is 192.168.1.1 then your host IP may be 192.168.1.25 or 192.168.1.26 or 192.168.1.35 etc as you like bur in every time 192.168.1. is fixed.

what is DMZ value for Gepon ONT Modem with IP address 192.168.1.251
If your Gpon ONT LAN IP Series 192.168.1.251, then your DMZ IP will be 192.168.1.XX (XX is your your device IP) like DVR, Biometric device or may me be any other device.
If you enable DMZ once then All port will be forwarded to that IP ( 192.168.1.XX)

Same Problem Im also facing in port 80 forwarding with BSNL FTTH...all setting as per your instructions. not yet resolved. also change a modem to dlink. the same problem.
I'm guessing my config is similar to yours with GPON ONT connected to a router and trying to port forward from laptop on wifi. But the IP allocation from router is 192.168.2.*** whereas as you mentioned for ONT is 192.168.1.***, so feeding IP during forwarding is invalid. Please help
You have to forward port in GPON ONT not in Dlink Router as GPON ONT configure as PPOE mode.
You can enable Dmz in Advance -> Firewall with Host IP
