Automatic Response message to
Email Sender:
This is very good feature of
gmail team introduce in Mail system. This is automatic response from
mail receiver to mail sender. The mail receiver can send a automatic mail response
by customize by his/her own thinking like "" Thank you for mail
me"".
There is option to which you
will response, everyone or a response to people in his/her Contacts:
How to Setup this Feature:
- Open Gmail account to Desktop or Laptop using any web browser.
- Go to Setting option and next to see all setting , it open a setting page with general Tab.
- Scroll down the mouse and find Vacation responder option .
- Default setting of Gmail Vacation responder feature "Off".
- Click on Vacation responder On and type message to message box which you want to send to email sender.
- Tick on ""Only send a response to people in my Contacts"" if you not to send this message to unknown people which not in list of your contact.
