Do you need to send more than 25 MB large files, including extensive videos via email attachment?
There are 2 simple ways to send large files via Gmail:
1. Google Drive:
Google Drive is the cloud storage service by Google. Google Drive is the ultimate solution of sending large files via Gmail. Google drive offer up to 15 GB file storage capacity.
When we are going to attached more than 25 MB file to Gmail, it detects the file size is larger than 25 MB, it automatically uploads that file to Drive and adds a download link to your message. You can upload any video, Audio and zip file to Google Drive
How to Send:
- Open Gmail account and go to compose mail for text your message.
- Click on attach file and also browse your file.
- If file size id more than 25 MB it will re-direct to Google Drive. After upload file to google drive one attached file will to compose area.
- Now you can send the to destination.
2. One Drive:
Microsoft One Drive for free cloud storage. First launched it in August 2007. The register user can share online files and store photos to their friends via shareable link.
How to Send:
- Open One drive account online. if not have, create account by one mobile number, It is free service up to 5 GB storage.
- Upload files( Photo, zip file, Audio, Video or any other files) to one drive.
- After upload, right click on file and next to click on Share option.
- Now enter recipient mail id to send shareable link and click on send button. There are a option "anyone with the link can edit", you choose accordingly to give edit permission or to view permission.
